In one instance, after consulting with a large hospitalist group of over 50 providers, QuestNS assessed their days to bill and days in Accounts Receivable (A/R). “By streamlining the clinical and financial systems through technology and a consistent effort being placed on aging accounts, QuestNS was able to reduce their days to bill by an average of 5 days—and their days in A/R by 10 days in just the first 90 days,” affirms Nager. He also delineates another example, where a single-specialty group of over 40 providers needed assistance to reduce their aging buckets. Over the course of 9 months QuestNS brought their 60 day A/R percentage from 54 percent to 17 percent.

Recently , the firm has also developed its own proprietary reporting solution—QuestInsight that allows clients to quickly identify trends at the practice level from any device. “Utilizing QuestInsight our clients will naturally improve their KPIs by evaluating their success at reaching targets on a monthly basis,” says Nager.
